KMC Bancorp is a Privately-held Investment Management, Mortgage Banking company, specializing in investment strategies and mortgage banking. Our mission is to efficiently deliver quality investment, management, mortgage banking services to clients. Our fund portfolios could be varied in size and our expertise in the field will help providing services in a very profession manner. Our vision is to create a firm that put clients' needs first, that was independent and conflict free, adhered to the highest ethical standards and sought to credit long-term value for all investors.

We strive to manage a wide variety of funds that make privte equity, real estate, credit trust deed hedge fund investment primiarily focusing in US and Asia markets. In addition, KMC Bancorp is also a top producer in mortgage banking services. All of these businesses reflect our strong business model and solid foundation, leading us to build very strong relationships with our partners and investors.

ERIC K. CHAN

Mr. Chan is the Founder and President of KMC Bancorp. He is a Pace University graduate, and accomplished Stanford Executive Program, a member of Stanford Executive Circle. He is also an active member in various industry organizations including CMA and ULI. He has been involved in the real estate finance industry - with a particular focus on mortgage banking, private lending and investing - since 2003. Mr. Chan has been involved in multi-million acquisitions and complex 1031 exchanging bridge financings. Prior to that, he worked for an independent investment banking firm based in New York Manhattan and spent several years in Commercial Banks based in San Francisco Bay Area. During this period he had the opportunity to lead a small team managing to the integration of banking products for a merger of two largest US based Asian Banks. When not working, Mr. Chan enjoys listening to music and playing badminton.
